My name is James Mason. I am a Ph.D candidate at the Stevens Institute of Technology. My research centers around the use of a systems engineering approach to facilitate the conduct of multidisciplinary economic development programs in Southern Hemisphere low income developing economies and Northern Hemisphere Enterprise Zones.
One aspect of my work entails engaging recent and long-term African Diaspora. The URL below is a PRELIMINARY SURVEY, designed to help develop a basic understanding of some of the perspectives held by member of the African Diaspora regarding economic development.
