My research centers around the use of a systems engineering approach to facilitate the conduct of multidisciplinary economic development programs in Southern Hemisphere low income developing economies and Northern Hemisphere Enterprise Zones.  <br /><br />One aspect of my work entails engaging recent and long-term African Diaspora.  The URL below is a PRELIMINARY SURVEY, designed to help develop a basic understanding of some of the perspectives held by member of the African Diaspora regarding economic development.  <br /><br />If you are a member of the African Diaspora, I would appreciate your participation.
